Time Attribute

Feature Description

The time Attribute is used for assigning times, using a combination of a real number along with optional units. The units will be interpreted internally by the eXpress software so that time Attributes that are defined in different units can be combined or compared during analysis. The editing dialog for time Attributes uses a simple text box (depicted below). This dialog can be invoked by clicking on one of the "Edit Default" buttons on the Attribute Definitions dialog (the same editing field appears on the right side of the Attributes panel when editing the value of a time Attribute for a specific element in the design).
Time Attributes can also be edited in Grid View (see the topic Attribute Editing using Grid View).
